We were excited to move back to ND from the Twin Cities. We had lived in the Mill District of Minneapolis and loved the vibe of being downtown with great restaurants, cultural events and activities. We were thrilled when we found the Dillard and the same kind of vibe - actually even better than the Twin Cities. It feels like coming home.

I really enjoy living at the Bostad-- the property itself is beautiful and my apartment is a great space! Donna is really wonderful to work with, and so responsive to any questions or concerns I've had-- she's just the best! For me, the only downside is parking, but that comes with living in a downtown area-- wish there was a way to access the skyway after hours to get back to the apartments when I have to work late or do a Sunday grocery run.
Rene F. on Nov 29, 2020For the most part apartment is good. Great location and commute if you are employed in the local Downtown Fargo area. Room for improvement: The walls lack sound proof, it would make standard of living much better. No issues with the street noise.
