Property reviewsN. C. on Sep 3, 2022
I have lived at Annapolis Bay (BAB) for over a year and love it here. I have had nothing but positive and pleasant experiences with the staff and maintence. There are great amenities here (free parking, fitness center, pool, club house activities, etc). Great appliances too, especially in-unit laundry. I love the extra level of security that the gated entrance offers! It's very comfortable here. Only rated noise 4-stars because of the garages which are not really a problem (but a great benefit, if you prefer your own garage).
