My family and I have lived here for exactly 4 months now and we are very happy with our apartment, the staff, the location, neighbors, and the space! We especially love watching and taking pictures of the beautiful sunsets from our patio! The kitchen is on the smaller side but that was remedied by purchasing a small pantry shelf! I am partially disabled and parking has never been an issue which is wonderful. There are always enough spaces even without a handicap parking space. I rarely hear our upstairs neighbors, just the average footsteps from time to time. I never hear noise from neighbors across the breezeway and I love the valet trash pick up because that really helps give my mobility issues a break! Having a full size washer and dryer in our unit is wonderful and we have adjusted quickly to our new surroundings! I'm very happy that we found Hampton Woods Apartments! ??
I have lived here for almost a year now, and I love these apartments. I almost never hear my neighbors (granted, I live on the top floor, but still, I never hear my side neighbors). The staff is awesome, always helpful, they ALWAYS answer the phone (which is big, I have lived places where it s been impossible to ever get someone to answer). Maintenance is also awesome, so fast to fix anything you have wrong. I have had quite a few things go wrong in my apartment since moving in, but maintenance is so easy and fast that it doesn t even bother or inconvenience me in the slightest. They do a great job fixing it the first time so you don t have to worry about calling and calling. I am in love with the pool, I pretty much live there in summer. The grill is awesome. The only two negatives I could think of is needing more doggie stations for pet waste, and them not being the best insulated. My apartment gets scorching hot in summer since I have the vaulted ceilings layout, with the huge beautiful window in my living room. That window lets in a crazy amount of heat, so my A/C bill gets well over $200 for a few months in summer which sucks, and my apartment still feels hot the whole time. But, it s manageable. All in all, I love this place. The price is good. The location is great. Staff is always pleasant. 10/10 would recommend. I have no idea what the bitter comments and reviews are about, this is a great place to live.

The website to pay your rent does not work
From time to time there will be maintenance issues that come up at our apartment at the Bridges. The office staff and maintenance crew really strive to assist us and fix any issues as quickly as the problem arises. This is a very good thing, our confidence in our property maintenance and management team is high. The work crews are always very friendly and kind. Thank you Bridges!!
