Only real issues are all due to construction. Nothing more or less. Causes a great deal of noise (can't be helped). However they can start as early as 4 a.m. which is pain in the butt when you live right across from it.

I love living by the lake. I have many memories of seeing the beautiful sunsets and enjoying a cool Evening walk with star filled skies with my family. You'll hear beautiful sounds of our pets barking happily in the dog park, the geese's honking away as they fly over to go to the other side of the lake. There is much happiness here sounds of laughter, children swimming and playing and our young ones can get a treat at the end of their busy school week. I love it here. Thank you Edgewater and staff.
Ryley K. on Jan 21, 2022I'm so happy I chose Edgewater! It's so beautiful and everyone I've met is so nice. My apartment has way more storage space than I would've expected. It's just perfect for my new home!!
