All the apartments were renovated with new appliances in kitchen, new sinks in bathrooms and lighting fixtures. I choose this apartment because of the location, it has easy access to Kennesaw, Woodstock, Roswell, Cartersville or 575 to go to Atlanta. The biggest surprise is is just how great the mantaince team is. Everytime I have had an issue maintenence has come the same day or next day and always very polite. Neighbors are quiet and haven't had a problem. There is a pool and small playground for children, and a gym for use during office hours.

The only drawback we have is that we are required to pay for xfinity for cable and internet when we stream and have the option to pay for a less expensive internet plan with our cell phone company.
