I’ve been living in this Community for about a month now so far so good. The staff are amazing very polite. It felt like home walking in thats how they make you feel.

I have been at the Promenade at Reflection Lakes for approx 4yrs. It is a beautiful property that is quiet and peaceful. Very satisfied wuth staff and maintenance.

I have lived here for a few weeks. Everyone who works here was super helpful with getting me settled. Maintenance came right away to fix what was wrong. It is a nice, quiet community.

This community is newer and completely up to date! Beautiful apartments with stainless steel appliances and marble countertops. The entire area is clean and quiet, from the parking lot to the halls of the buildings. The location cannot be better! There are coffee and food trucks weekly as well as resident get togethers, making this place more a home than just a place to sleep! Applying and getting into my apartment was a breeze and the wonderful ladies working at Oasis were there for me every step of the way. Special shout out to Valerie in the leasing office, as well as her boss, who helped me the morning of my move when I was stressed beyond belief. They went above and beyond for me when they didn’t need to and it means the world. I’ll tell everyone I know about this beautiful community and the wonderful people who work here.

Neither myself or my wife have lived in an apartment in over 17 years, but we really really wanted to move to Florida and homes were going fast. Living here doesn’t “feel” like living at an apartment at all. It feels like we are staying at a resort. The pool is great, the game room is fun, the office is very convenient. Even the gym is fantastic. WE LOVE IT HERE!

Just moved in at the end of the year. The process was smooth, the management and leasing staff was stellar, the unit was clean and ready for me when I arrived and the community is beautiful, peaceful and I love the walking path around the lake.

The move in process was smooth and effortless. From the moment I drove on the property I was impressed. The people who work in the office were attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt welcomed and the aesthetic felt like "home". The people who live there seem just as friendly and welcoming. Everyone was smiles and waves as I toured the complex.

Great so far, always clean and well maintained.
