    Absolutely zero to complain about. If anything, managing this much space is something I never encountered living in NYC studio apts for 12 years. All around great experience thus far.

    I have lived at the Hawthorne since November of 2019. The units are huge, only two units per floor in each building and each unit runs the entire depth of the building so each unit has ample window and have outside exposure on all four perimeter walls. The finishes are high quality and management is very responsive.

    We have lived with Terra going on our 5th year and love it. They are extremely responsove in any repairs needed, issues around the building, but also not being over-attentive (some other companies feel like big brother with their residents, but I dont get that feeling here.) finishes are beautiful and they keep up the maintenance outside and around the building as well.
