There’s nothing like a good coffee to start off your day. The aroma, the buzz, the flavors—coffee is heaven in a cup!
Whether you’ve had a rough night and you need a “strong” one or you just want to sweeten your morning with a Nutty Mocha Latte, the Phoenix baristas are ready to fulfill your beverage requests.
There are plenty of nice coffee shops around the Valley besides Starbucks. You should definitely check out Echo Coffee, an excellent venue known for its friendly atmosphere, welcoming staff and exceptionally good java. It’s a perfect place to hang out with friends or meet new people. Echo Coffee is located on the Northwest corner of 68th Street and Thomas Road, just 1/2 mile west of Scottsdale Road in South Scottsdale.
Eco Coffee serves fresh, organic products and there are a lot of coffee flavors to choose from; Cappuccino, Chai latte, Almond latte or Macchiato, they all taste great, just speak your mind!
The coffee is roasted in the shop, and they use only the finest 100% arabica beans, from countries like Kenya, Brazil, and El Salvador. If you order “for here” you’ll get a yummy organic shortbread cookie to go with it. I can say it’s truly fantastic! They also serve lunch which comes in a great variety of sandwiches and salads; their menu is also available online.
If you’re not a going-out-for-coffee type of person, but you still need your daily dose of “energy in a cup”, you should consider stopping by Shine Coffee–or better yet Shine Coffee might drop by your place! It’s an awesome mobile espresso bar inside a 1957 vintage Airstream trailer that goes around the Phoenix area, serving up delicious java, espresso and tea beverages, and breakfast foods!
