These apartments on campus were constructed with the student in mind and offer modern floor plans and amenities.

Great Property
The experience so far has been really amazing. The benefit of being right across from campus is more than perfect for an incoming transfer student. Bike racks are everywhere. Maintenance is always on it.

Best On-Campus Location
I have lived here for about a month. The location is ideal for students. The apartments are very clean and safe and spacious.

Quaint and College-friendly
Offers great location to campus, however apartment community itself is a bit less social, with the study rooms and lounges often locked and with few amenities. Not very many events or offers for residents. Sometimes confusing to open its doors, and use printers. Apartments themselves are a bit old and maintenance required to keep everything up to date and clean. Otherwise cute
Thank you for your feedback! All of our residents should have an amenity key that gives them access to our study centers, gym, and laundry facilities 24 hours. Let us know if you need one. We do have one study center open during our business hours that offers free printing and coffee. Feel free to contact us for further information on our amenities. We also plan multiple resident events throughout the year such as our Fall Event, Quarterly Finals Week Breakfast, Food Trucks, and Giveaways.
