Being a native New Yorker I find that the Boardwalk @ Tradition reminds me of My former home. I always lived in a house and this villa is very much like my former house but brand new and easy to maintain! The staff here are very friendly and supportive I am meeting new neighbors every day. Being retired gives me plenty of opportunity to explore the neighborhood and my surroundings beautiful walking path along the water plenty of shops and restaurants around. so far I love it here!

I’ve now lived through three different property management companies. HERITAGE BAY definitely has the right values for its residence. The office staff thanks to the management has values that supersede any that have been here in the past. We’ve always been treated here like we’re family instead of paying Residence and in the past have been treated as such now HERITAGE BAY management has brought in the feeling of the residence being most important. It’s a pleasure to be a resident now with the current team.

I've lived here 2-1/2 years. The apartments have trees all around. I'm retired so I get to see the area at all times of the day. There are families with lovely children. There are couples and singles. People with pets are courteous about their pets & keep up with the pets "business"! The lawn is kept up beautifully as well as the pool and my favorite, the jacuzzi. I've needed maintenance a couple times and I'm never disappointed. I usually call mid-morning and a maintenance person comes out the same day. If I called later in the day, I"m sure they would come out the next day. The office staff is always willing to answer questions and a really nice group of people. I can't think of a better place to live. And, the residents are nice and friendly but NOT too friendly!! You'll love it here.
